Job summary

PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure, Tbk is seeking an Enterprise Business Solution Department Head to drive revenue growth through new business development and secure recurring opportunities. The role focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction, building long-term relationships, and developing at least five new clusters supported by PKS, TS, or BAK.

Enterprise Business Solution Department Head

- Drive revenue growth through new business development and recurring business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in any major.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise business.

- Experience in enterprise business calculations and commercial analysis.

- Good complaint handling, technology proficiency, networking, and public speaking skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Proven leadership experience in managing a team or business unit.

We are also expanding our footprint in Kalimantan and Sulawesi.

Tower Bersama Group has initiated good partnership protocols with regulatory authorities to maintain best service continuity to our customers and compliance with national or local area regulatory requirements, particularly with regard to “menara bersama” tower development concepts.

Our rollout teams are supported by technical design, new build and collocation engineering specialist and project management specialists across the country.
