Job summary

PT. LIDA KARYA INDONESIA, based in Tangerang, seeks an experienced showroom operations and sales leader. You will organize the team’s schedules, provide training, and monitor performance while driving customer engagement and project data accuracy.

You will set ambitious sales targets, develop new accounts, visit customers, negotiate terms, and close deals. Strong leadership and communication will help maintain durable client relations and expand business networks.

Qualifications

• Experience in management and sales roles.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work in PIK 2.
• Driving ability is an advantage.
• Experience in door/window sales or construction is preferred.
