Job summary

PERSEROAN TERBATAS - BADAN SYNERGY OIL NUSANTARA seeks a Production Supervisor in Batam to coordinate staff and ensure production targets are met. You will liaise with management and operators, allocate tasks, and drive safety and quality across lines.

Responsibilities include ensuring material readiness, leading operators, and maintaining daily SAP-based reports while upholding ISO, HACCP, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Engineering or relevant technical field.
• Understanding and ability to implement ISO, HACCP, and safety/environmental standards.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subordinate staff to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Act as liaison between management and operators with clear instructions and work allocation.
• Prepare and ensure production lines are ready to operate per targets.
• Lead operators in operating machinery and executing production workflows.
• Ensure finished products meet quality specifications and customer requirements.
• Prepare work schedules aligned with the production plan.
• Record daily production volume data in SAP and submit reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage annual performance evaluations of subordinates.

Job description

Supervise and coordinate subordinate staff to achieve production targets in accordance with established quantity and quality standards. Act as a liaison between management and operators, ensuring clear communication of instructions, effective work allocation, and proper execution of production activities. Provide direction and motivation to the team while ensuring production processes run safely, efficiently, and effectively.

Prepare and ensure all production lines are ready to operate according to the daily production targets.

Ensure all main raw materials and packaging materials are available, approved, and ready for use upon QC release.

Lead and supervise operators in operating machinery and executing production workflows according to the production plan.

Ensure all finished products meet established quality specifications and customer requirements.

Prepare and arrange work schedules in accordance with the production plan.

Ensure daily production volume data is accurately recorded in SAP and submit daily production reports to the superior.

Ensure and monitor all production activities comply with applicable safety regulations, food safety standards, and PTSON policies.

Manage, monitor, and conduct annual performance evaluations of subordinate employees.

Qualification

Diploma/BE/B. Tech (in Engineering or relevant technical field).

Understanding and ability to implement ISO, HACCP, and safety/environmental standards.
