Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an Operator to run process and production machinery in a GMP-driven facility. You will perform regular quality checks, carry out routine maintenance, and ensure production runs efficiently to meet quality and quantity targets.

The role requires 1-2 years in FMCG manufacturing, a related bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0, willingness to work shifts, and readiness to be based in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an FMCG manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree (D4/S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Willing to be based in a manufacturing/production environment.

Job description

As an Operator, you will be responsible for running process and production machines in compliance with our quality management system and our ways of working. You will carry out regular quality checks on both processes and products, while performing routine maintenance in line with procedures. Your role ensures production runs efficiently and effectively, delivering products that consistently meet quality standards and quantity targets.
