Job summary

PT.UQBA LIFESTYLE INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Online Operations Specialist (Shopee) to manage and optimize our Shopee store, focused on bathroom and building materials. You will handle listings, campaigns, ads, and performance analysis to drive sales and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
1–2 years in Shopee or e-commerce operations.
Experience in bathroom/building materials/home improvement is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Shopee Seller Centre and tools.
Experience with Shopee Ads, Campaigns, Live, and Affiliate Marketing an advantage.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Manage daily marketplace operations on Shopee.
Create, upload, and optimize listings (titles, descriptions, specs, images, pricing).
Monitor inventory, variations, and stock availability.
Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, Flash Sales, vouchers, promotions, and events.
Manage and optimize Shopee Ads to improve traffic and sales.
Analyze traffic, conversion, sales, and ROAS metrics.
Monitor competitors and market trends and propose strategies.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service, and marketing.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
Ensure compliance with Shopee policies and maintain store metrics.
