Job summary

PT.UQBA LIFESTYLE INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Online Operations Specialist (Shopee) to manage and optimize our Shopee store, focused on bathroom and building materials. You will handle listings, campaigns, ads, and performance analysis to drive sales and efficiency.

The role requires 1–2 years in e-commerce operations, strong Shopee knowledge, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. This on-site position offers regular hours and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years in Shopee or e-commerce operations.
• Experience in bathroom/building materials/home improvement is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Shopee Seller Centre and tools.
• Experience with Shopee Ads, Campaigns, Live, and Affiliate Marketing an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily marketplace operations on Shopee.
• Create, upload, and optimize listings (titles, descriptions, specs, images, pricing).
• Monitor inventory, variations, and stock availability.
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, Flash Sales, vouchers, promotions, and events.
• Manage and optimize Shopee Ads to improve traffic and sales.
• Analyze traffic, conversion, sales, and ROAS metrics.
• Monitor competitors and market trends and propose strategies.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service, and marketing.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with Shopee policies and maintain store metrics.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Online Operations Specialist (Shopee) to manage and optimize our Shopee store, specializing in bathroom products, sanitary ware, and building materials. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in e-commerce operations, understands the Shopee ecosystem, and is passionate about driving sales and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the marketplace to ensure smooth business activities.

Create, upload, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.

Monitor and update inventory, product variations, and stock availability.

Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, Flash Sales, vouchers, promotions, and platform events.

Manage and optimize marketplace Ads to improve store traffic and sales performance.

Analyze key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Monitor competitors and market trends, and recommend strategies to improve business performance.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.

Ensure compliance with Shopee policies and maintain excellent store performance metrics.

Work from Office (WFO) / Monday - Friday from 09.00 - 17.30

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

At least 1–2 years of experience in Shopee or e-commerce operations.

Experience in the bathroom, sanitary ware, building materials, or home improvement industry would be plus.

Strong understanding of Shopee Seller Centre and its operational tools.

Experience with Shopee Ads, Shopee Campaigns, Shopee Live, and Affiliate Marketing is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
