Job summary

PT Deli Group Indonesia is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Manager to lead Shopee store activities and drive sales performance from Sunter, North Jakarta. You will plan campaigns, optimize ads, manage inventory, and guide the ecommerce operations team to deliver growth.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in ecommerce or sales, 2+ years in people management, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with Mandarin a plus. Onsite work in Jakarta is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or sales.
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
• Strong experience managing Shopee store operations and sales performance.
• Familiar with e-commerce platform rules, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong data analysis, sales, and problem-solving skills.
• Result-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work onsite (WFO) in Sunter, North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopee sales targets, GMV, orders, conversion, and average transaction value.
• Develop sales strategies for key categories and products.
• Plan and execute Shopee campaigns, Flash Sales, vouchers, bundles, and promotions.
• Manage and optimize Shopee advertising to improve ROI/ROAS.
• Oversee new product launches and product optimization.
• Monitor product content, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
• Manage inventory and minimize stockouts/overstock.
• Analyze sales and campaign performance and implement improvements.
• Lead and develop the e-commerce operations team.
