Job summary

STYLE KOREAN INDONESIA is seeking a driven e-commerce specialist to manage Shopee accounts and drive online sales growth. You will analyze market trends, plan campaigns, optimize pricing and product assortment, and coordinate cross‑functional activities across departments.

You will be responsible for daily store operations, performance reporting, and ensuring compliance with platform rules and internal policies. Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major
• 2-3 years experience in Shopee E-commerce or related fields
• Experience in e-commerce/retail industries
• Excellent numerical and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and Google Docs
• Excellent command of English & Bahasa Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients on Shopee
• Analyze sales trends to generate insights and guide sales growth
• Manage the company's e-commerce accounts and daily operations
• Plan and execute online promotional or marketing campaigns
• Manage pricing, product assortment and stock availability in store
• Collaborate with multiple departments within the company
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and communicate updates to the team
• Generate and present weekly and monthly store performance reports to Team Leader

Job description

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in online sales channels (Shopee)

Analyze sales and current trends to generate insights, and market behavior to focus on sales growth

Manage company's e-commerce accounts and its daily operations

Plan and execute promotional or marketing online campaigns

Manage pricing strategy, product assortment and stock availability of products in store

Collaborate with various departments within the company

Ensures Compliance to defined internal and external regulations; collaborating with platform’s PIC & communicating the updates within the internal team

Generate and present weekly and monthly store performance reports to Team Leader

Practice great attention to detail, accountability, and critical thinking

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Shopee E-commerce, or related fields
• Experienced in the e-commerce industry / retail Industry
• Interested and passionate to learn about the evolving e-commerce industry
• Possess excellent numerical and communication skills
• Strong in analytical skills and have high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
• Good attitude to connect with others, self-driven to complete tasks, and demonstrate strong initiative to take action as a team player
• Excellent command in English & Bahasa Indonesia
