PT Golden Victory Manufactures, part of Stella International Group, is establishing a new factory in Pemalang, Central Java, and seeks a Shipping/Export Staff to join our growing team. You will handle shipment bookings, prepare documents, coordinate with LSPs and internal teams, and maintain records to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in shipping or export, with strong English; Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Good command of English (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, export, order management or related field (≥3 years).
• Familiar with LSP websites, systems and shipping platforms.

Responsabilités

• Handle shipment bookings and coordinate shipping arrangements for timely delivery.
• Prepare, review, and verify export documents (invoices, packing lists, COOs, etc.).
• Coordinate with logistics providers, shipping lines, freight forwarders and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment progress, booking status, deadlines and delivery schedules.
• Ensure export shipments comply with customer requirements and procedures.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and data in systems.
• Identify and resolve shipping or documentation issues with internal/external parties.

PT Golden Victory Manufactures is part of Stella International Group, a global footwear manufacturer headquartered in China (www.stella.com.hk).

We are currently establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency, Central Java, specializing in the sports footwear industry. We are looking for a qualified and motivated Shipping / Export Staff to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle shipment bookings and coordinate shipping arrangements to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare, review, and verify export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other relevant shipping documents.

Coordinate with logistics service providers (LSPs), shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal departments regarding shipment schedules and requirements.

Monitor shipment progress, booking status, shipping deadlines, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure export shipments comply with customer requirements and applicable export procedures.

Maintain accurate shipping records, export documentation, and shipment data in the relevant systems.

Identify and resolve shipping or documentation issues in coordination with internal and external parties.

Prepare shipping reports and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, export, order management, or a related field.

Good command of English, both written and verbal. Mandarin is preferred.

Familiarity with logistics service provider (LSP) websites, systems, and shipping-related platforms.

Knowledge of export documentation, certificates of origin, and shipping procedures.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Experience in footwear manufacturing or export manufacturing is an advantage.
