Job summary

PT Golden Victory Manufactures is establishing a new manufacturing facility in Pemalang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia, focusing on sports footwear. The MM Staff role requires a degree in engineering and at least one year of automation/machine maintenance experience.

You will coordinate with vendors, build preventive maintenance plans, manage spare parts, and analyze OEE data with IE to boost production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in automation machinery, machine maintenance, or manufacturing modernization.
• Knowledge of machine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding machine maintenance, repairs, and modernization activities.
• Collect, analyze, and calculate OEE data with IE team to support production efficiency improvements.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Manage spare parts inventory, stock monitoring, usage records, and replenishment requests.
• Support machine troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Prepare maintenance reports, equipment performance records, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure maintenance and modernization activities are completed on schedule.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in automation machinery, machine maintenance, or manufacturing modernization.

Knowledge of machine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and manufacturing processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Good command of English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
