Job summary

PT Golden Victory Manufactures, part of Stella Group international based in China, is establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency, Central Java, to engage in the sports shoe industry. We seek a qualified production professional to manage IP molding, material preparation, color matching and finishing.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and daily reporting to support production operations, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in making shoes with IP Process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• IP molding, material preparation, color matching and finishing.
• Documentation, coordination, and reporting to support daily production activities.
• Oversee operations and management of the production department, ensuring safety, quality, output and delivery.
• Coordinate specific process operations, ensuring standardized operations and stable on-site conditions.
• Execute and coordinate specialized functions, implementing management and support duties.

Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Placement: Central Java

Requirements:

Minimum SMA/SMK, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.

Experience in making shoes with IP Process.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Able to communicate in English both oral and written. Mandarin will be advantage.

Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
