Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations across front-of-house and back-of-house teams in Bali. You will lead briefings, monitor service quality, manage guest concerns, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Responsibilities include coordinating floor staff, completing opening/closing checklists, reporting to the Operations Manager, and supporting cross-department collaboration to maintain smooth service flow during high-volume periods.
Lead daily shift briefings covering bookings, kitchen prep status, events, and key priorities
Ensure all FOH and BOH staff are present, in uniform, and ready before the shift begins
Monitor service quality across all club areas throughout the shift
Handle first-level guest complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to the Operations Manager if unresolved within five minutes
Supervise and coordinate floor staff including reception to ensure seamless service flow
Complete opening and closing checklists with sign-off across all departments
Submit end-of-shift reports to the Operations Manager
Maintain accurate records related to floor operations including staffing, inventory, and incident documentation
Conduct pre-service kitchen checks, confirming mise en place, fridge temperature logs, and food safety compliance
Monitor kitchen output during service for consistency of portion size, presentation, and timing
Oversee stock levels and flag replenishment needs to the Operations Manager
Support supplier coordination and assist with cost control initiatives
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained across all F&B areas throughout the shift
Assist in the training and development of staff, providing guidance and constructive feedback to raise performance
Motivate and support the team during high-volume periods, maintaining calm and professionalism under pressure
Collaborate with kitchen and management to ensure seamless cross-departmental operations
