Job summary

PT. UBC Medical Indonesia (Jakarta) seeks an experienced Field Service Engineer at supervisor level to lead and coordinate the technical service team across Indonesia.

The role focuses on high-quality technical support, equipment maintenance, and exceptional customer service for diagnostic devices. The candidate should have a D3/D4 or S1 in a relevant engineering field, at least four years as an FSE with one year in a supervisory role, and strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience as an FSE
• 1 year in a supervisory/team lead role
• IVD equipment experience preferred
• Strong technical, troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills
• Willing to travel across Indonesia
• Good command of English, written and spoken

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer at Supervisor level to lead and coordinate our technical service team, ensuring high-quality technical support, efficient equipment maintenance, and excellent customer service across Indonesia.

Supervise and coordinate FSE activities, including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of diagnostic equipment.

Ensure service activities comply with company procedures, technical standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

Monitor team performance, service quality, and customer issues, including necessary follow-ups and escalations.

Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to FSE team members and customers.

Manage service reports, spare parts requirements, and regular service performance reporting.

Requirements

D3/D4 or S1 in Electromedical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience as an FSE, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team lead role.

IVD equipment experience is preferred.

Strong technical, troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.

Willing to travel across Indonesia.

Good command of English, written and spoken.
