Job summary

PT Packet Systems Indonesia - PSI is seeking a candidate for a development track in service delivery. The role focuses on delivering IT services in line with SLAs and customer expectations from Jakarta.

This development position offers structured onboarding, training, and exposure to governance, while developing experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and reporting on service performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, IT, or related field required.
• Structured onboarding and service delivery training provided for non-IT backgrounds.
• Basic understanding of IT services / managed services.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• 0–5 years of experience in service delivery, IT operations, or customer support preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM concepts is an advantage.
• Experience with ticketing systems and reporting tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day service delivery operations and coordination.
• Submit deliverables as stated in Customer’s contract in time.
• Coordinate with internal & external teams.
• Prepare service performance reports and documentation.
• Support service governance and escalation handling under SDM guidance.

Job Purpose

Deliver IT services in line with agreed SLAs and customer expectations.

This role is designed as a development position for candidates who aspire to grow into a Service Delivery Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day service delivery operations and coordination


• Submit deliverables as stated in Customer’s contract in time


• Coordinate with internal & external teams


• Prepare service performance reports and documentation


• Support service governance and escalation handling under SDM guidance

Qualifications & Experience

• Required Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, IT, Mathematics), Business, or related field


• Candidates without an IT background will be provided with structured onboarding and service delivery training


• Basic understanding of IT services / managed services


• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills


• Preferred 0–5 years of experience in service delivery, IT operations, or customer support


• Having knowledge with ITIL in ITSM concepts (certification is an advantage)


• Experience with ticketing systems and reporting tools is advantage
