Job summary

Packet Systems Indonesia (PSI) is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to support client environments from Jakarta. The role includes incident handling, threat detection, and maintaining SIEM dashboards.

The candidate will work on-site at customer locations and participate in 24/7 shift rotations. The ideal candidate holds a IT-related degree, possesses relevant certifications, and demonstrates strong analytical and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• CEH/CHFI/ECSA/ECIH certificates required; other security certificates preferred.
• Degree in Information Technology field
• 2–4 years of Cyber Security Analyst experience
• Willing to learn new security technologies
• Proficient in incident management and response
• Experience in security device management and SIEM
• In-depth knowledge of cyber-attacks, threat vectors, risk management and incident management
• Experience in threat management
• Proficient in reports, dashboards and documentation
• Able to communicate in English, written and spoken
