Packet Systems Indonesia (PSI) is a trusted ICT systems integrator headquartered in Jakarta, delivering high-availability storage, networking, cloud, and managed services. This role reports to the Team Leader and focuses on maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site support for PSI customers.

The ideal candidate holds a IT/CS/Telecom bachelor degree with 5 years of engineering experience and deep Pure Storage/Everpure expertise, plus strong English communication skills for customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT/CS/Telecommunication with minimum GPA 3.0 and about 5 years of engineering experience
• Deep knowledge of Pure Storage/Everpure products is required
• Experience with Server, Hypervisor (VMware/KVM) and SAN switch (Brocade/Cisco MDS)
• Experience with Windows Server/Linux is a plus
• Holding Pure Storage/Everpure FlashArray Storage Professional certification is a must
• Minimum 5 years experience in Storage/Server deployment
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Fluent in English and good communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Visio/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Responsabilités

• Report to Team Leader
• Maintenance-based tasks including troubleshooting PSI customers
• Support for change requests in customer networks
• Documentation, reporting, and standby monitoring
• Onsite Resident Engineer support at PSI Customer Site (8x5)

Job Specification

• Hold bachelor degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Telecommunication from reputable university with minimum IPK of 3.0, 5 years working experience as engineer is a must
• Deep knowledge and able to demonstrate expertise in Pure Storage/Everpure products is a must
• Having knowledge in Server, Hypervisor (VMware/KVM) and SAN switch (Brocade/Cisco MDS)
• Having experience in Operating System (Windows Server/Linux) is a plus
• Holding Pure Storage/Everpure FlashArray Storage Professional certification is a must
• Minimum 5 years experience in Storage/Server technology deployment
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Fluent in English, good communication skills
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications i.e. Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
