Job summary

PT PELANGI BAHAGIA INDONESIA seeks a Service Auditor & Equipment Control Staff to uphold world-class operational standards across facilities, audits, and asset protection.

You will conduct daily inspections of gym, recovery areas, reception, retail, F&B, and other spaces, manage asset registers, coordinate maintenance with Engineering and external vendors, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

Service Auditor & Equipment Control Staff

The Service Auditor & Equipment Control Staff is responsible for ensuring that Reload Sanctuary consistently delivers world-class operational standards by monitoring service quality, maintaining facility and equipment readiness, and safeguarding company assets.

This role conducts routine operational audits, facility inspections, inventory verification, asset control, preventive maintenance coordination, and quality assurance across all departments. The position plays a critical role in identifying operational gaps, ensuring corrective actions are implemented, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, functionality, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Service Quality & Operational Audits

Conduct daily operational inspections across all departments, including Gym, Recovery Area, Reception, Retail, Food & Beverage, Locker Rooms, Wellness Areas, and public facilities.

Perform routine service quality audits to ensure compliance with company SOPs and hospitality standards.

Monitor employee adherence to operational procedures, grooming standards, and guest service expectations.

Identify operational deficiencies and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Follow up on all audit findings until corrective actions have been completed.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports for management review.

Equipment Inspection & Maintenance

Conduct daily inspections of all fitness equipment, recovery facilities, furniture, fixtures, and operational equipment.

Ensure all equipment is safe, clean, fully operational, and available for member use.

Report equipment damage or safety hazards immediately.

Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with Engineering and external vendors.

Monitor maintenance completion and verify repair quality before equipment is returned to operation.

Maintain detailed inspection and maintenance records.

Asset Management & Equipment Control

Maintain a complete and accurate Fixed Asset Register.

Implement and manage asset identification using asset numbers, barcode labels, or QR codes.

Conduct regular physical asset verification to ensure inventory records match actual assets.

Monitor asset movements, transfers, disposals, replacements, and write-offs.

Ensure all company assets are properly documented, secured, and accounted for.

Investigate and report any missing or damaged assets.

Inventory & Stock Control

Conduct Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Stock Takes (Stock Opname) for:

Operational supplies

Amenities

Consumables

Uniforms

Equipment

Other company assets

Investigate inventory discrepancies and prepare variance reports.

Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, Retail, and Department Heads to ensure inventory accuracy.

Monitor stock conditions and recommend replenishment or disposal when necessary.

Safety & Risk Management

Ensure all facilities comply with company safety standards.

Identify potential operational and safety risks.

Report unsafe conditions immediately.

Monitor emergency equipment, first aid kits, fire extinguishers (APAR), emergency exits, and safety signage.

Support workplace safety inspections and compliance initiatives.

Facility Presentation & Cleanliness

Monitor cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all operational areas.

Ensure facilities consistently meet Reload Sanctuary's premium hospitality standards.

Coordinate with Housekeeping and Operations regarding deficiencies requiring immediate attention.

Verify completion of housekeeping corrective actions.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, and internal audit requirements.

Maintain organized records of:

Equipment inspections

Audit reports

Asset registers

Stock take reports

Corrective action reports

Support internal and external audits when required.
