Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises, entrances, exits, parking areas, and designated security zones
• Conduct regular patrols of the property
• Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas
• Monitor and protect company assets, facilities, equipment, and property
• Identify and report suspicious activities or potential security risks
• Welcome and assist members and guests professionally when required
• Monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with Reload Sanctuary security procedures
• Respond promptly to member or guest concerns involving safety and security
• Respond immediately to security incidents, emergencies, accidents, disturbances, or unauthorized activities
• Prepare accurate incident reports for all significant security incidents

As Reload Sanctuary operates in a premium hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle environment, the Security Officer is expected to provide security services while maintaining a friendly, respectful, and professional approach toward members and guests.

Key responsibilities
