Job summary

Reload Sanctuary in Bali seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor – Public Area to lead the Public Area Attendant team, assign daily tasks, and ensure all guest-facing areas are clean, safe, and presented to high standards.

You will inspect, train staff, monitor quality, and respond quickly to requests or complaints to maintain exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and supervise Public Area Attendants and daily workers.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and tools.
• Understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Ability to conduct regular inspections and monitor cleaning quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations across all public areas of Reload Sanctuary.
• Ensure public areas are clean, hygienic, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
• Monitor high-traffic areas and ensure cleaning is performed proactively.
• Lead and supervise Public Area Attendants and daily workers.
• Prepare and distribute daily cleaning assignments.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and work discipline.
• Ensure staff follow proper cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members.
• Conduct routine inspections of all assigned public areas and complete daily cleaning and inspection checklists.
• Respond promptly to cleanliness-related requests or complaints.

Housekeeping Supervisor – Public Area

The Housekeeping Supervisor – Public Area is responsible for supervising and maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and overall condition of all public areas at Reload Sanctuary. The role ensures that all guest-facing areas are consistently clean, organized, safe, and presented according to Reload Sanctuary's standards. The supervisor leads the Public Area Attendant team, assigns daily tasks, conducts regular inspections, monitors cleaning quality, and ensures immediate action is taken whenever cleanliness or presentation standards are not met.
