Job summary

Reload Sanctuary in Denpasar, Bali is seeking a Wellness Retail Associate to deliver exceptional guest service, assist guests in selecting wellness products, and maintain a visually appealing retail area that reflects premium standards.

You will promote campaigns, stay informed about product benefits, process sales at the POS, manage stock levels, support inventory accuracy, and collaborate with Reception, Wellness, and Operations teams to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Diploma or degree preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The Wellness Retail Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while promoting and selling wellness-related products at Reload Sanctuary. This role assists guests in selecting products that support their health, recovery, and wellness goals, while ensuring the retail area remains organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.

The Wellness Retail Associate serves as a brand ambassador for Reload Sanctuary by creating a positive shopping experience and maintaining high standards of product knowledge and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional, and personalized retail experience.

Assist guests in selecting wellness products, supplements, merchandise, apparel, and recovery-related items.

Understand guest needs and recommend suitable products based on their wellness goals.

Promote current retail campaigns, new product launches, and special offers.

Support the achievement of retail sales targets and department objectives.

Product Knowledge

Maintain a strong understanding of all retail products offered by Reload Sanctuary.

Stay informed about product benefits, features, ingredients, and usage guidelines.

Communicate product information accurately and confidently to guests.

Retail Operations

Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.

Ensure proper handling of cash, card payments, and retail documentation.

Assist with receiving, labeling, pricing, and displaying merchandise.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of retail displays and shelves.

Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the Retail Supervisor.

Inventory Control

Assist with daily inventory checks and stock counts.

Participate in monthly stock opname activities.

Report damaged, expired, or missing products promptly.

Support inventory accuracy and loss prevention efforts.

Guest Experience

Build positive relationships with members and guests.

Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally.

Maintain a welcoming retail environment that reflects the premium standards of Reload Sanctuary.

Collaborate with Reception, Wellness, and Operations teams to enhance the overall guest experience.

Compliance & Administration

Follow company policies, retail procedures, and operational standards.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene requirements.

Maintain accurate sales and inventory records as required.
