OMMA Day Club in Bali is seeking a maintenance technician to perform daily inspections of building facilities and coordinate repairs. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, plumbing, AC, lighting, and basic mechanical systems, ensuring safety and efficiency in a hospitality setting.
The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in engineering/maintenance within hospitality, be able to troubleshoot and work in shifts, including weekends and public
This role involves carrying out daily inspection of building facilities, equipment, and operational areas, performing preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, lighting, and basic mechanical systems.
Carry out daily inspection of building facilities, equipment, and operational areas
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Handle electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, lighting, and basic mechanical repairs
Monitor and maintain pumps, water systems, and other operational equipment
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments
Identify and report equipment damage or potential technical problems
Ensure all engineering tools and equipment are properly maintained
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the engineering/workshop area
Record maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions
Coordinate with Engineering Supervisor regarding major repairs or technical issues
Minimum 1 year of experience in Engineering/Maintenance, preferably in hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality industry
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, and general building maintenance
Able to troubleshoot and solve basic technical problems
Good teamwork and communication skills
Responsible, disciplined, and proactive
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Physically fit and willing to work in an operational environment
