Job summary

PT PELANGI BAHAGIA INDONESIA seeks a Service Auditor & Equipment Control Staff to uphold world-class operational standards across facilities, audits, and asset protection.

You will conduct daily inspections of gym, recovery areas, reception, retail, F&B, and other spaces, manage asset registers, coordinate maintenance with Engineering and external vendors, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility audits and safety standards.
• Ability to track assets and perform inventory verification.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of hospitality operational standards is a plus.
• Willingness to coordinate with Engineering and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily operational inspections across all departments.
• Perform routine service quality audits to ensure SOPs.
• Monitor staff adherence to procedures and grooming.
• Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports for management.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with Engineering and vendors.
• Maintain asset records and Fixed Asset Register.
• Conduct stock takes and manage inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure safety compliance and document safety checks.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of facilities.
• Support audits and maintain records.
