Job summary

PT Chandra Asri Sentral Solusi (CASS) operates a Shared Service Center to support its subsidiaries, including ACE, with IT services from servers, virtualization, and cloud. This role focuses on daily administration, monitoring, and ticket handling under guidance.

The Server & Cloud Management Analyst role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and requires 2+ years of hands-on Windows/Linux server experience, virtualization exposure, and familiarity with backup tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux with virtualization and cloud exposure.
• Familiar with backup tools (Veeam, Commvault, or equivalent) and patching workflows.
• Working knowledge of ITIL incident and change management.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and DR drills.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor server health and batch jobs on assigned servers and Nutanix nodes.
• Support backup and recovery activities; monitor, schedule, and escalate failures.
• Coordinate with on-site teams and maintain server inventory and runbooks.

Job Purpose

The Server & Cloud Management Analyst supports day-to-day operations of CASS IT servers, Nutanix, and Azure DR workloads in Indonesia. The role executes routine administration, monitoring, and ticket-based work under the guidance of the Senior Analyst and Team Lead.

Key responsibilities

Day-to-Day Operations

• Run and monitor regular batch jobs and platform health on assigned servers and Nutanix nodes.
• Support backup & recovery activities — execute jobs per schedule, monitor success, raise tickets on failures.
• Apply server patches and standard configuration changes per approved Change Records.

Incident & Service Request Handling

• Resolve assigned L1/L2 server, Nutanix, and DR-related tickets within SLA; upscale complex issues to Senior Analyst.
• Execute access requests, simple server configuration changes, and routine MACDs.

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with on-site, network, and security teams on server-related activities.
• Maintain server inventory, configuration records, and basic runbooks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux, with exposure to virtualization (Nutanix or VMware) and cloud (Azure preferred).
• Familiar with backup tools (Veeam, Commvault, or equivalent) and basic patching workflows.
• Working knowledge of ITIL incident and change management.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and DR drills.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia; working-level English sufficient for documentation, ticket handling, and coordination with regional/3P teams.
