Job summary

Chandra Asri Group in Indonesia seeks a SAP Functional FICO Analyst to provide functional support, configuration, and minor-change delivery for SAP FI/CO across CASS-served entities in Indonesia. The role partners with Finance process owners and coordinates with ABAP, BASIS, and 3P AMS partners.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, strong FI/CO configuration knowledge, and familiarity with S/4HANA Finance integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP FICO functional experience with at least one full implementation or rollout.
• Strong configuration knowledge across FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
• Working knowledge of FICO integration with MM, SD, PM/PP and end-to-end OTC/ PTP/ RTR flows.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting) is strongly preferred.
• Familiar with SAP Solution Manager / ChaRM transport governance and ITIL incident/change processes.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia; working-level English sufficient for documentation and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and service requests on FI and CO sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking; CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
• Perform configuration, unit testing, and integration testing for minor changes and enhancements.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Gather requirements, assess impact, prepare functional specs, and coordinate with ABAP for development.
• Lead UAT cycles with Finance key users and prepare end-user documentation and training.
• Manage transports and follow transport governance to QA/PRD.
• Ensure FICO integration with MM, SD, PM/PP and other end-to-end processes.
• Contribute to S/4HANA readiness assessments, simplification items, and migration planning.
• Coordinate with 3P AMS partners on tickets and changes; engage Finance, Tax, and Treasury owners.

Job Purposes

The SAP Functional FICO Analyst is an individual contributor providing functional support, configuration, and minor-change delivery for SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules across CASS-served entities in Indonesia. The role partners closely with Finance business process owners (R2R), supports period-end activities, and coordinates with ABAP, BASIS, and 3P AMS partners.

Key Responsibilities Include

Functional Support & Configuration:

• Resolve incidents and service requests on FI sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) and CO sub-modules (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
• Perform configuration, unit testing, and integration testing for minor changes and enhancements.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.

Change & Project Delivery

• Gather requirements, perform impact assessment, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with ABAP for development.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles with Finance key users; prepare end-user documentation and training.
• Manage transports and follow transport governance to QA/PRD.

Integration & S/4HANA Readiness

• Ensure FICO integration with MM, SD, PM, and PP modules is consistent.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA readiness assessments, simplification items, and migration planning.
• Coordinate / oversee Kyndryl, T-Systems, and other 3P AMS partners on assigned tickets and changes.
• Engage Finance, Tax, and Treasury process owners on priorities and roadmaps.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP FICO functional experience, with at least one full implementation or rollout cycle.
• Strong configuration knowledge across FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
• Working knowledge of FICO integration with MM, SD, PM/PP and the OTC/PTP/RTR end-to-end flows.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting) is strongly preferred.
• Familiar with SAP Solution Manager / ChaRM transport governance and ITIL incident/change processes.
• Petrochemical, manufacturing, or process-industry experience is an advantage.
• Relevant SAP certifications (S/4HANA Finance, SAP Activate) are a plus.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia; working-level English sufficient for documentation, ticket handling, and coordination with regional/3P teams.
