Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux with virtualization and cloud exposure.
Familiar with backup tools (Veeam, Commvault, or equivalent) and patching workflows.
Working knowledge of ITIL incident and change management.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and DR drills.

Responsibilities

Run and monitor server health and batch jobs on assigned servers and Nutanix nodes.
Support backup and recovery activities; monitor, schedule, and escalate failures.
Coordinate with on-site teams and maintain server inventory and runbooks.
