Job summary

Chandra Asri Group in Indonesia is seeking a DevOps & AI Analyst to hands-on engineer CI/CD pipelines, AI/RPA solutions, and Power Platform integrations across non-SAP landscapes. You will collaborate with the Team Lead to deliver automation initiatives end-to-end.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in DevOps or automation, with hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Git, and Azure services. Bahasa Indonesia communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on application development, DevOps, or automation experience.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), Git, and Microsoft Azure services.
• Familiar with ITIL change/release/incident processes.
• Certifications (AZ-204, AI-102, PL-400, PL-200) are a plus.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia; working-level English for documentation and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions) for custom applications and integrations.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code, secrets management, and environment promotion practices.
• Operate observability for in-scope workloads (logs, metrics, alerts).
• Develop and operationalize AI/ML use cases on Azure OpenAI or Azure ML and RPA automation.
• Develop Power Apps and Power Automate flows; manage Dataverse models and ALM.
• Provide L2/L3 support for automations and AI workloads; RCA and stabilization.
• Coordinate with partners and mentor junior engineers; contribute to runbooks and architecture diagrams.

Job Purposes

The DevOps & AI Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for hands-on engineering of CI/CD pipelines, AI/RPA solutions, Power Platform applications, and integrations across the non-SAP landscape in Indonesia. The role partners with the Team Lead and other towers to deliver automation and AI initiatives end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions) for custom applications, integrations, and Power Platform solutions.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code, secrets management, and environment promotion practices.
• Operate observability for in-scope workloads (logs, metrics, alerts).

AI, RPA & Power Platform Delivery

• Develop and operationalize AI/ML use cases on Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Azure ML including prompt engineering, retrieval, evaluation, and basic guardrails.
• Build and maintain RPA bots and workflow automations (Power Automate, UiPath, or similar).
• Develop Power Apps (canvas/model-driven) and Power Automate flows; manage Dataverse models and ALM.
• Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations across SAP, COTS, and custom systems.
• Provide L2/L3 support for in-scope automations and AI workloads; perform RCA and stabilization.

Coordination & Improvement

• Coordinate / oversee Kyndryl and other 3P partners on assigned deliverables; validate code and configuration.
• Mentor junior engineers (where present), promote reusable components, and contribute to runbooks and architecture diagrams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on application development, DevOps, or automation experience.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), Git, and Microsoft Azure (App Service, Functions, Key Vault, Storage).
• Familiar with ITIL change/release/incident processes.
• Relevant certifications (AZ-204, AI-102, PL-400, PL-200) are a plus.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia; working-level English sufficient for documentation, ticket handling, and coordination with regional/3P teams.
