Job summary

PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to manage the full lifecycle of IT assets in Indonesia. The role focuses on data accuracy, reporting, and continual system improvements within the SSC framework.

You will work with hardware, software, and licenses across sites, ensuring governance and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT asset management, hands-on ITAM tooling experience, and strong Bahasa Indonesia communication.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT asset management or IT operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with ITAM tools (ServiceNow ITAM, SAP, Snipe-IT) and Excel.
• Working knowledge of ITIL Asset & Configuration Management processes.
• Experience coordinating with logistics/vendors on asset activities.
• ITIL v4 Foundation, CITAM/IAITAM certifications are a plus.
• Good Bahasa Indonesia communication; English sufficient for documentation and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT assets across full lifecycle: procurement, deployment, transfer, refresh, disposal.
• Govern IT asset storage management including receiving, staging, secure storage, and outbound logistics.
• Reconcile asset records with physical audits and ERP/finance data.
• Prepare periodic asset reports for management and audits; support license compliance reporting.
• Drive system improvements for asset data quality, workflows, and integrations.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners on asset activities; mentor junior analysts.

IT Asset Management Analyst

Job Purpose

The IT Asset Management Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management across CASS-served entities in Indonesia, including hardware, software, and license records. The role drives data accuracy, periodic reporting, and continuous improvement of the asset management system.

Key responsibilities

Asset Lifecycle Management:

• Manage and record IT assets across the full lifecycle — procurement, deployment, transfer, refresh, and disposal.
• Govern IT asset storage management — receiving, staging, secure storage, and outbound logistics.
• Reconcile asset records against physical audits and ERP/finance records.

Reporting & Governance:

• Prepare periodic asset reports (inventory, utilization, refresh, write-off) for management and audit reviews.
• Support license compliance reporting in coordination with Application and Security towers.

System Improvement:

• Drive maintenance and improvement of the IT asset management system (data quality, workflows, integrations).
• Define and enforce asset data standards (naming, categorization, custodianship).

Coordination:

• Coordinate / oversee Kyndryl, vendors, and logistics partners on assigned asset activities (delivery, refresh, decommissioning).
• Mentor Analysts and standardize day-to-day asset processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT asset management or IT operations experience, including hardware, software, and license tracking.
• Hands‑on experience with ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow ITAM, SAP, Snipe-IT, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel for reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of ITIL Asset & Configuration Management processes.
• Experience coordinating with logistics/vendors on asset receiving, refresh, and disposal.
• Relevant certifications (ITIL v4 Foundation, CITAM/IAITAM) are a plus.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia; working‑level English sufficient for documentation, ticket handling, and coordination with regional/3P teams.
