Job summary

Wanderlust Fitness Village in Bali is hiring a friendly, enthusiastic Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will assist guests throughout their visit and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations, working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

We value excellent communication, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior hospitality experience is an advantage, and training will be provided.

• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options to guests
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide food and beverage recommendations when needed
• Serve food and drinks according to company service standards
• Communicate effectively with local and international guests
• Ensure guests have comfortable and enjoyable dining experience
• Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Set up, clean and reset tables before and after service
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and cashier teams to ensure smooth operations
• Follow company SOPs, service standards and hygiene regulations

• The initial employment period will be under a 1-year Fixed-Term Employment Contract (PKWT). Further employment will be determined based on performance evaluation
