Job description

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous cashier experience, good English communication skills and strong attention to accuracy in handling financial transactions. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer payments, managing daily cash transactions and ensuring a smooth and professional checkout experience for all customers

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily cash, card and digital payment transactions accurately

Process customers orders and payments using the POS system

Greet customers and provide friendly and professional customer

Communicate effectively with local and international customers

Ensure accuracy in billing, payments and change given to customers

Manage and maintain the cash register and daily cash balance

Prepare daily sales reports and perform cash reconciliation

Handle customer inquiries and assist in resolving payment-related issues

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area

Coordinate with service and operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Follow company SOPs and cash-handling procedures

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Cashier

Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
