Job summary

Sofra Jakarta, an authentic Turkish restaurant and café, is seeking a friendly Server to deliver warm hospitality and excellent service to guests. If you are professional, fluent in English, and thrive in a busy dining environment, join our team and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, explaining menu items, taking orders, serving food and beverages with high hygiene standards, and maintaining a tidy service area. Weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 in Hospitality/Tourism
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Food & Beverage Service
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) – Turkish or Arabic language skills are a plus
• Well-groomed, neat, and professional appearance
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
• Communicative, polite, quick-thinking, and able to work under pressure
• Available to work on shift basis, including weekends & public holidays
