Job summary

Wanderlust Fitness Village seeks a motivated Barista to join our cafe team. You will prepare beverages, maintain the counter, and ensure a welcoming experience for every guest.

The role requires basic English, a passion for coffee and strong customer service. Prior barista experience is a plus but not required.

This position offers a 1-year fixed-term contract with benefits including public holiday leave and performance incentives.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure equipment and utensils are cleaned and maintained.
• Assist with daily checks and inventory management.
• Follow SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the coffee bar and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
