Job summary

PISON Group is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House team in Bali. You will provide excellent guest service, take orders, and serve food and beverages according to our standards.

Experience in hospitality is preferred, with a focus on teamwork, communication, and maintaining high hygiene standards during busy service periods. English communication is preferred for guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant service standards and Front of House operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Take guests' food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages to guests according to established service standards.
• Ensure all food and beverages are served correctly, promptly, and in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, chairs, service stations, and dining areas.
• Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service.
• Clear used plates, glasses, cutlery, and other items from tables promptly and safely.
• Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and personal grooming standards throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times.
