Sawana is seeking a Site Engineer to own the follow-up of villa construction projects across the Bukit area in Bali. You will move from site to site, verifying that work matches drawings and the schedule, and you will issue clear instructions to worker teams and supervisors to drive quality and progress until every detail is properly executed.

This role rewards stamina and convincing power — the ability to relentlessly follow up on the smallest details and to get teams aligned.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years' experience as a site/project engineer, with strong villa-complex experience in Bali.
• Able to read architecture drawings and compare them accurately against real on-site execution.
• Expert eye for detail and high quality standards.
• Stamina and convincing power to drive teams to completion.
• Excellent communication to coordinate between workers, supervisors, designers, contractors and leadership.
• Well-organized, reliable and autonomous to run multiple sites with minimal supervision.
• English language ability is a plus for communication with international team members.

Responsabilidades

• Site follow-up — visit projects daily across the Bukit area to verify quality and progress against drawings and schedule.
• Team instruction & coordination — give clear instructions, organize planning and define construction methodology.
• Progress verification — track actual progress against the schedule and ensure it matches on site.
• Quality control — inspect workmanship and manage snagging until resolved.
• Reporting — create and maintain site reports with photo documentation.
• Methodology & planning — help define construction methods and short-term planning per site.
• Stakeholder coordination — keep information flowing between site teams, drafting and interior design teams, contractors and leadership.
• Drawing feedback loop — flag issues to the drafting team for quick revisions.
• Materials & quantities — check deliveries and quantities against BOQ.
• Weekly team meeting — attend and contribute.
