Job summary

PT Adecco Personnel Indonesia is seeking a Project Engineer to manage technical execution on large construction sites. You will act as the main link between the Project Manager and site teams, ensuring drawings, specs and schedules are followed while coordinating supervisors and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years on-site experience, strong CAD/MS Project skills, and excellent English communication. This role focuses on delivering projects within scope, on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction site supervision or project engineering experience.
• Experience in urban planning or large-scale developments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, technical drawings and site execution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, drafters and consultants to ensure clarity of drawings and specifications.
• Review and interpret technical documentation for site execution.
• Ensure all technical solutions are buildable and properly detailed.
• Lead day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Coordinate supervisors, subcontractors and workforce.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Act as the main communication channel between the Project Manager and the site team.
• Translate PM directives into actionable instructions for supervisors.
