Job summary

IBMC is seeking a proactive Project Engineer to manage day‑to‑day site technical and construction activities on a permanent basis in Lombok, Indonesia. You will bridge the Project Manager and the field, coordinating supervisors, subcontractors, and multi‑discipline teams to deliver villa developments safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, with 2–5 years of hands‑on site experience, strong CAD skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on site supervision, structural coordination, or project engineering.
• Direct or practical experience in urban planning, site development or infrastructure integration.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site execution workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drawings and specifications with architects, drafters, and engineers.
• Lead daily on-site construction operations and supervise subcontractors.
• Serve as the PM–site interface, translating directives into actionable tasks.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and sequence activities to avoid delays.
• Support cost tracking, material usage, and efficient allocation of resources.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with standards.
