Job summary

Alpha Partner Bali is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead villa development projects in Bali. You will coordinate architects, engineers and contractors to deliver high-quality villas on schedule.

This is a full-time, permanent contract (PKWTT). Candidates must be willing to relocate to Bali; the company will not provide housing. Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple sites under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering preferred.
• Experience in 5+ years in construction, villa/real estate/developer preferred.
• English is a plus.
• Leadership role experience recommended.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to focus and stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to relocate to Bali. PKWTT contract; housing not provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
• Monitoring construction processes and reporting to Manager and Board if necessary.
• Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
• Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
• Writing up reports, project plans, and presenting them to stakeholders.
• Working closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals.
• Staying up-to-date with advancements in construction.
• Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.
