Job summary

Sandvik Indonesia, based near Freeport in the Papua province, seeks a senior leader to head the Product Support and Technical Advisor team, driving safe, efficient maintenance and KPI achievement. You will coordinate service contracts, guide technical staff through maintenance and repairs, and serve as the link between Sales and Product lines while upholding Sandvik’s EH&S standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Product Support and Technical Advisor team to provide first-class post-sales support.
• Guide technical staff through preventative maintenance tasks and breakdown repairs to ensure KPI targets.
• Oversee service contract projects and coordinate between Sales and Product lines.
• Ensure compliance with Sandvik Mining Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines and Indonesian standards.
• Develop and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Grow customer relationships and communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues.
