Job summary

Sandvik Group is seeking an Underground Technical Support Manager (TSM) Drills in Indonesia to lead the Product Support and Technical Advisor team. The role ensures safe, efficient maintenance of the customer fleet and alignment with contract KPIs, while coordinating with Sales and Product lines under EH&S guidelines.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Product Support and Technical Advisor team.
Provide post-sales service support to maintain mining equipment fleets.
Set objectives, monitor progress, and foster a high-performance culture.
Guide preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs for uptime and safety.
Coordinate with Sales and Product lines; support contract KPIs.
Manage projects within the service contract scope and ensure safety standards.
