Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold seeks a senior Digital Transformation & Automation Specialist to bridge business units, IT, and the BI AI & Automation Sub-Division. You will identify value-rich automation opportunities, build business cases, and drive cross-functional changes across finance, procurement, HR, and operations.

You will lead workshops, define requirements, and coordinate pilots with IT and business owners, ensuring measurable outcomes and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA advantageous.
• 5–8 years of experience; strong consulting background preferred.
• Experience in mining/industrial environments preferred.
• Comfort with AI and automation tools; not a developer.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify end-to-end process improvements across Merdeka Group.
• Translate pain points into technical requirements for IT.
• Create business cases with cost analyses and payback.
• Lead pilots and ensure adoption with SOPs and guides.
• Track realized value and report to senior management.
