Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed in requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of proven Data Scientist or related experience.
• Strong Python and SQL for data processing and analysis.
• Experience with ERP and industrial data (SCADA/DCS/IoT) is preferred.
• Experience with ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI- and data-driven solutions.
• Collect, clean, and integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Perform EDA to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop, train, and optimize ML models for business problems.
• Deploy and monitor models in production with scalability in mind.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights.
• Ensure data governance and integrity across analytics lifecycles.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Explore new ML techniques and industry best practices for innovation.
