Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4–7 years in accounting or finance transformation roles.
• Senior-level or supervisory experience in multi-entity environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and financial consolidation.
• Hands-on ERP experience and UAT leadership expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP and finance system enhancements across multiple entities.
• Translate finance requirements into functional system specifications for IT/vendors.
• Develop and optimize SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.
• Create and improve financial reporting dashboards using Power BI.
