Job summary

Aice Group Holdings Pte Ltd in Jakarta invites applications for a Finance Transformation & System Assistant Manager to drive finance process standardization, ERP enhancements, and automation across business units.

You will collaborate with finance users and IT to translate requirements, participate in ERP implementations, and support RPA initiatives, ensuring data quality and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or AIS.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance Transformation initiatives across the group.
• Collaborate with Finance users to translate requirements to IT.
• Participate in ERP and finance system projects from requirements to post-implementation.
• Identify gaps in processes, systems, data quality, and controls.
• Support automation initiatives including RPA.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, and external vendors on projects.
• Develop and implement finance policies, SOPs, and standardized processes.
• Fluent in English; willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
