Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Finance Transformation & Systems professional to bridge Finance, IT, and digital initiatives. You will standardize processes, optimize ERP functionality, and lead automation projects across multi-entity operations.

The role focuses on translating finance needs into system specs, supporting ERP enhancements, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and driving improved reporting using Power BI and automation tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or AIS.
4–7 years in accounting, finance transformation, or finance systems.
2–3 years in senior/supervisory roles in multi-entity environments.
Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting and financial consolidation.
Experience with ERP implementation, UAT, and process mapping.
Advanced Excel; familiarity with BI/data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review finance processes to standardize, improve efficiency, and strengthen controls.
Develop and update SOPs, workflows, and process documentation across entities.
Lead ERP/finance system enhancement projects and coordinate UAT.
Translate requirements into functional specs for IT and vendors.
Act as liaison between Finance, IT, and business units; manage data reporting.
Support intercompany reconciliation, consolidation, and analytics.
Identify opportunities for automation using Power BI, RPA, and BI tools.
Monitor system performance and drive adoption of new processes.
