Job summary

MatchaTalent in Jakarta is seeking an Assistant Manager – Finance Transformation & Systems to bridge finance operations, IT systems, and digital initiatives. The role focuses on standardizing workflows, optimizing ERP functionality, and implementing automation across multi-entity operations.

You will translate finance requirements into system specifications, support ERP projects, coordinate with IT and vendors, and drive automation using Power BI and RPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 4–7 years in accounting, finance transformation or related functions.
• 2–3 years in a senior/supervisory role in a multinational setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and financial consolidation.
• Hands-on ERP experience with SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Yonyou or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP implementation, UAT, and process improvement.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI and finance automation tools is highly advantageous.
• Excellent project coordination and cross-functional communication.
• Professional-level English; Mandarin a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and standardize finance processes to improve efficiency and controls.
• Lead ERP and finance system enhancement projects including UAT and post-implementation reviews.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for IT and vendors.
• Develop financial reporting dashboards using Power BI and automate repetitive workflows.
• Coordinate intercompany reconciliation, consolidation, and management reporting as needed.
• Support cross-entity transformation initiatives and ensure adoption of new processes.
