Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an Assistant Manager to bridge finance, IT systems, and digital transformation in Jakarta. The role focuses on standardizing workflows, optimizing ERP functionality, and implementing automation across entities.

The candidate will translate finance requirements into system specs, support ERP enhancement and implementations, coordinate with IT and vendors, and lead UAT. Proficiency in Power BI and finance automation is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 4–7 years in accounting, finance transformation, or finance systems.
• 2–3 years in senior/supervisory role in multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting and financial consolidation.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Yonyou).
• Experience with ERP implementation, module enhancements, and UAT.
• Strong finance process improvement and SOP standardization.
• Advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI, data analytics, or RPA is advantageous.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional system solutions.
• Excellent project coordination and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and standardize finance processes for efficiency and controls.
• Develop and improve finance SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.
• Lead ERP and finance system enhancements, including requirements gathering and UAT.
• Translate finance requirements into functional specifications for IT and vendors.
• Act as liaison between Finance, IT, and external providers.
• Support intercompany reconciliation, consolidation, data analysis, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data accuracy.
• Develop financial dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Support RPA and digitalization initiatives for finance workflows.
• Monitor system performance and gather user feedback for improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional transformation projects and ensure adoption.
