Job summary

Blibli is expanding nationwide and seeking a Training Planning & Content Senior Staff to lead employee capability development. You will design learning programs, identify needs, and ensure content readiness to support business goals.

You’ll develop materials, manage LMS platforms, and drive data-informed improvements to strengthen product and technical knowledge across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Content Development, or related function.
• Strong experience in training needs analysis, curriculum design, content development, facilitation, and LMS.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Open to candidates from various industries with relevant Learning & Development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly training plans to support business objectives and capability development.
• Conduct training needs analysis, create engaging learning materials, product knowledge programs, SOPs, assessments, and coaching tools.
• Manage and optimize learning platforms (LMS, Learning Canvas, Salesman App), monitor training implementation, and track adoption and effectiveness.
