Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Loyalty Manager to lead strategy, performance, and evolution of our loyalty program. You will develop member propositions, forge strategic partnerships, and collaborate with Product, CRM, Commercial, and Data teams to drive customer engagement and business growth.

You will oversee operations, drive improvements, and mentor a team, fostering a customer-centric, continuous-improvement culture to deliver measurable loyalty outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Loyalty, CRM, Customer Marketing, Product, Consulting, or related functions, with at least 2 years leading projects or teams.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, travel, financial services, or digital businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer and business data into strategic initiatives.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, project management, and business case development.
• Strong commercial acumen, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute loyalty strategies to increase member acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Monitor program performance and optimize key metrics such as active members, redemption, repeat purchases, and program profitability.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships to expand loyalty rewards and member benefits.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Product, CRM, Commercial, Engineering, Finance, and Data teams to enhance loyalty experiences.
• Oversee day-to-day loyalty program operations, identify process improvements, and drive automation initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members while fostering a customer-centric and continuous improvement culture.
