The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and possess 7-8 years of relevant experience. Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills are essential, as well as fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and manage leadership development programs.
• Strong hands-on skills in learning design and evaluation.

• Own the Leadership Development pillar end-to-end.
• Design and facilitate learning programs for various audiences.
