Saipem Jakarta is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, construction and oil & gas roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining data accuracy and policy compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience recruiting for multiple positions across different functions and levels.
• Experienced using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• High integrity, proactive attitude, and problem-solving mindset.
• Experienced in engineering, construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or multinational companies is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requisition, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, and recruitment reports to ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
