Job summary

You will build pipelines, map talent, and partner with business leaders to deliver targeted sourcing strategies.

The role requires experience in technical recruitment, proficiency with Workday, GEM and LinkedIn, and a focus on candidate experience and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related discipline.
• Min. 5 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting specialist technical or operational talent.
• Experience in data centres, critical environments, or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and specialist positions.
• Lead role intake, sourcing, assessment and offer activity.
• Build pipelines across data centres, critical environments, engineering, facilities management, construction and project delivery.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies with hiring managers to fill specialist, urgent and difficult roles.
• Support recruitment for new client accounts, project mobilisations and growth.
• Provide insights on talent availability, market conditions and recruitment timelines.
• Use Workday, GEM and LinkedIn to manage recruitment activity and candidate engagement.
• Ensure recruitment activity complies with relevant legislation and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate requisition and candidate information and report on progress.
